"Over the last years, Joan has been living first of all in Pine Court and then at Belford House. We have been delighted with the degree of care and attention that she has received. The residents are treated as though they are one big happy family. The care staff are always happy to look after their needs which they provide accompanied by a warm smile. It is also good to see the activities and entertainments that are provided for them which help to enliven their days. They can often be seen in the afternoons doing paintings, playing carpet bowls or such like. Christmas is great fun with carols being sung by the staff, by the church choir and by the local school children. Father Christmas remembers to visit them all on Christmas Day."

It is now five years since my Mother, who has Alzheimer’s, moved into Belford House and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everybody for the wonderful care she has received over that time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are of a high standard and visitors are made most welcome at any time. I even get a cup of tea! Having visited many establishments before choosing Belford House, I can honestly say "I made the right choice".
